Reservation Supervisor

Assist the Reservations Manager in managing the daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring efficient running and upholding of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in reservations or a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and other relevant systems
