Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Andaz Lisbon! As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible to assist the Restaurant Manager with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, including waitstaff, bartenders, and supervisors
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills related to team or service challenges
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Budget management skills, including cost control, pricing strategies, and profit margins
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and guests
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments, ensuring smooth service during peak periods
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee stock levels to ensure timely product availability
• Experience in hotel openings will be considered an asset
