Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Service (GSS/TL) to provide a memorable dining experience through warm and courteous service at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, alongside English. The role involves handling restaurant services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality service standards in line with Hyatt brand standards.
Requirements
- Customer service experience at restaurants, cafes, etc. (1 year or more)
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
- Ability to respond in English for simple customer service or willingness to learn
- Caring for hospitality and taking action based on guests' needs
- Emphasis on teamwork and ability to work with colleagues
- Flexibility in responding to weekend, holiday, morning, and night shifts
