Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Management within a hospitality environment
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channel optimization
- Proficiency with Hyatt systems and revenue management tools (or comparable industry systems)
- Demonstrated ability to manage both transient and group business segments effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in reporting and data management
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs
