As a Seasonal Concierge at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, you'll provide personalized service, recommendations, and local expertise to elevate each guest's stay. Requirements
- Provide knowledgeable, tailored recommendations and assist with dining, activity, and transportation reservations
- Greet and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Offer directions, hotel information, and personalized suggestions for a variety of guest needs
- Leverage strong knowledge of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area
- Support special requests and help create custom experiences
- Maintain familiarity with resort amenities, local events, and regional points of interest
- Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in the lobby and concierge area
