Job Description
Thompson Houston is now recruiting for Seasonal Pool Servers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and experience in a restaurant or customer service role.
Requirements
- Uphold company policies, including safety, sanitation, attendance, and dress code guidelines.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Communicate specials, explain menu items and dietary considerations, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining proper presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing requests, refilling drinks, and clearing plates.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including side work and station setup.
- Participate in training sessions, department meetings, and pre-shift meetings.
