Security Manager

The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport is seeking a Security Manager to lead the security team and ensure the highest level of security standards are maintained and continuously improved. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, leadership strength, and a high level of quality awareness.

Requirements

• Completed training as a security assistant ASGS or a comparable relevant qualification
• Several years of sound professional experience in the fields of object security, event security, occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
• Proven leadership experience and joy in training, motivating, and developing employees
• Very good understanding of legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards
• High workload capacity, decision-making strength, and professionalism also in stress and crisis situations
