Requirements
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property
- Patrol hotel premises and respond promptly to incidents or safety concerns
- Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately document incidents and accidents through detailed reports
- Collaborate with various hotel departments, hotel leadership and emergency services as needed
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
