Job Description
Andaz Miami Beach is seeking Servers who are excited, qualified, hard-working, individuals with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to superior guest service. Experience with Micros, high volume, and extensive Servers are beneficial but not required. The Server is responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including adhering to work schedules, dress code, and attendance guidelines
- Perform opening side work and set up station
- Provide professional and exceptional food and beverage service
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns
- Refill drinks, clear plates, and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
