As a front office leader (supervisor), you will be responsible for guest service and supporting team members at the hotel. We are a new hotel with a small team, and we are looking for new members to help us provide even greater customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bell duties: Taking care of guests' luggage, putting them in their rooms, arranging for deliveries, etc.
- Front desk duties: Check-in and check-out using OPERA, settlement duties
- Guest service duties: Providing services for requests from the rooms, guiding guests to external facilities, supporting reservations, arranging for taxis, etc.
- Bar/Market duties: Providing drinks at the bar and sales at the market, etc.
- Pool/Gym duties: Management duties at each facility (water temperature, air temperature, chlorine concentration, equipment management, tidying, etc.)
