The Contracts Team leader will oversee all aspects of contract management and administration within the company's projects, including reviewing contractors' claims and correspondence management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- Construction Field experience is a must.
- Real Estate field experience is preferable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
