Field Technologist

We are a company where people matter, and we are looking for problem-solvers to join our growing team. As a Field Technologist, you will execute and support field service equipment activities for Hydrite Chemical’s Manufactured Solutions Group.

Requirements

• Uphold Hydrite Chemical’s Mission and Vision Statements through internal and customer centrism
• Quote and specify project, preventative maintenance and service requests
• Study industry trends and be engaged in understanding what our competition is focusing on
• Conduct industry appropriate training for our customers and Hydrite staff
• Participate in plant surveys to identify and quantify customer, prospect and Field Service needs
• Manage own project list
• Support effective communication in all Hydrite Chemical business units
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with their acting Manager and corresponding Sales Team
• Support and execute current and new customer chemical trials
• Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned
