Manager, Sourcing Operations

The Manager, Sourcing Operations is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a well-defined sourcing program, conducting spend analysis, and reviewing forecasts and demand plans to ensure supply chain preparedness. The candidate will also lead in supplier performance management, negotiation, and relationship management, and provide leadership to supply chain in support of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in leading practice approach
• Sourcing experience external to Hydro One
• Experience making significant, transformational changes within Supply Chain
• Experience in managing significant contracts, such as external Outsourced Service provider(s) and other services and material contracts
• Experience managing legal and commercial issues as they relate to Supply Chain
• Experience in Supplier Performance Management vendor communication and alignment
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Leading cross functional teams
