Senior Electrical Engineer

Hydrow is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and support of its connected fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing electronics in the consumer or medical device spaces, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing electronics in the consumer or medical device spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams and maintain clear documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment, take ownership of technical problems, and contribute wherever needed to move work forward.
• Experience with electronics assembly, rework, and repair.
• Experience bringing up and debugging electrical designs using typical laboratory equipment.
• Experience integrating electronics into complex mechanical assemblies.
• Experience designing PCBs using schematic capture and layout EDA tools such as KiCad or Altium.
• Familiarity with certification testing procedures.
