Associate Client Executive - Medicare

Hylant is seeking an Associate Client Executive to join their team in a full-time role. The role will focus on Medicare enrollment and will involve developing an understanding of Hylant's sales tools and processes, as well as presenting products and programs to current clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of Medicare experience, and an active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• One to Three Years of Medicare experience required
• Prior experience in a Sales role preferred
• Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
• America's Health insurance Plans (AHIP) certified or must be willing to become licensed
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Basic analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Access to reliable transportation to travel by car for meetings or other business-related functions
