Job Description
Hypatos is seeking a Director of AI to lead innovation, productization, and delivery of AI automation solutions for enterprise finance and Global Business Services (GBS). This hands-on role involves both technical expertise and leadership responsibilities, focusing on R&D, product, and customer success. The ideal candidate will serve as a 'mini-CTO' for AI.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, etc.).
- Strong track record in AI productization.
- Experience with enterprise automation domains (finance, GBS, ERP systems).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Leadership qualities to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Pragmatic approach to combining research curiosity with execution.
