Requirements
- Strong experience in Dating, iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or similar performance verticals
- Speak fluent Russian
- Ability to judge traffic quality quickly
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Everflow, HasOffers, or similar is helpful
