Businesss Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support and scale the operational backbone of Hyperbolic Labs as we grow our GPU marketplace and AI infrastructure platform.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, finance, consulting, or related roles
• Strong process orientation with the ability to build, optimize, and scale operational workflows
• Experience supporting financial operations including invoicing, billing, budgeting, and tracking
• Comfortable working with financial data, models, and basic analysis to support decision-making
• Experience working cross-functionally across finance, sales, and operations teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Analytical problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership across a wide range of responsibilities
