Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of scaling mature platforms and building entirely new products from zero to one. This cross-company role involves working across HyperionDev and HyperDev, evolving core education platforms and shaping early product direction of new AI and automation-powered tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an individual contributor product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Strong technical proficiency, ideally including hands-on coding or deep technical familiarity (Python/Java preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with product discovery and agile delivery.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to drive progress proactively in ambiguous environments.
