Production Operator 1

Ability to operate and run to standard Process Equipment and Off line Equipment, such as; presses, furnaces, grinders, sandblasting, etc. while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to participate in team initiatives to identify and resolve safety issues.
• Participation in developing LEAN solutions throughout manufacturing.
• Ability to operate automated machinery, presses, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment.
• Ability to handle hazardous chemicals.
• Manual dexterity required to accurately handle and position parts.
• Ability to comprehend and apply training to operate manufacturing production equipment listed above.
• Ability to effectively balance priorities and multiple tasks to achieve overall production goals.
• Good interpersonal, cooperative and team-oriented skills and behaviors.
• Proven independent performer that needs minimal supervision.
