Procurement Manager

HyperLight is at the forefront of the commercialization of thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) integrated photonics. The company is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead all procurement functions, including sourcing and supplier selection, to support rapid growth and product commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• MBA or professional procurement certification is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, or sourcing
• Proven experience managing global supply chains in a highly technical, hardware-based environment
• Demonstrated success scaling supply chains in high growth companies and environments
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high value supplier relationships
• Experience supporting NPI and transition from R&D to volume manufacturing
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational mindset with comfort working in ambiguity and defining and creating processes
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
