We are seeking a Head of Retail to lead our inbound consumer sales operation, driving revenue growth and customer experience excellence in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales leadership roles, ideally in high-velocity SMB or consumer sales environments.
- Proven experience managing inbound sales teams with £500–£2,000+ ticket size products or services
- Highly analytical—comfortable pulling insights from dashboards, CRMs, and related tooling.
- Strong coaching mindset with a track record of upskilling teams and improving conversion through structured training.
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside marketing, web, product, and operations.
- Process-driven, organised, and obsessive about high-quality customer experiences.
