Hypervolt is seeking an expert Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our paid acquisition engine and scale profitable growth for our premium EV Charging products.

Requirements

• Expert-level capability in Google Ads performance marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta performance advertising, including creative iteration and audience optimisation.
• Highly analytical, fluent across Ads platforms, Google Analytics, and Excel-based analysis.
• Experience running and scaling large e-commerce budgets for premium-priced products.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience building business cases for budget allocation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to influence non-marketing teams.
• Comfortable working autonomously with full ownership of performance outcomes.
