BD Operations Executive (Crypto/Web3)

The company is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to streamline partnership ecosystems and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between strategic BD initiatives and technical execution, ensuring seamless onboarding and scaling workflows alongside rapid growth.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in Business Development Operations, Strategy Ops, Commercial Operations, or a related field
• Solid understanding of the crypto landscape, including DeFi, Web3, and trading infrastructure (DEX/CEX, liquidity, and market-making)
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional workstreams with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is common
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
