The successful candidate will oversee the company's operational frameworks, financial planning, and regulatory compliance, while building a world-class HR function and translating the CEO's vision into actionable operational roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in a high-growth technology environment.
• Direct experience in the Web3/Crypto industry is highly preferred.
• Proven success in managing diverse functions across Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Experience with international entity structuring and global remote hiring.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead a distributed, global team.
