The Country Lead (Pan EU) will own end-to-end responsibility for the company’s market strategy, growth, and brand presence in Pan EU.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the overall country strategy for Pan EU
• Lead and participate in online and offline marketing initiatives
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives
• Monitor and analyze Pan EU crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
• Act as the key local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams
