We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA DeFi protocol focused on tokenizing credit, revenue-generating products, and full-collateralized, composable financial building blocks. They are looking for a fund operations/wealth product operations manager to lead the market promotion and full-lifecycle operation of wealth products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wealth product operations or financial market marketing.
• Deep understanding of financial product characteristics and client needs.
• Excellent communication and marketing execution skills, able to formulate and implement product launch (Go-To-Market) strategies.
