Requirements
- Guide clients step-by-step through the technical integration of the card-issuing API
- Serve as the main technical contact, providing hands-on support, answering integration questions, and delivering continuous post-launch technical assistance
- Debug and resolve technical issues in sandbox and production environments
- Perform technical configuration tasks
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- Provide timely, effective first-line technical support
- Translate client feedback and integration challenges into actionable insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
