Talent Acquisition Specialist position at a decentralized exchange (DEX) dedicated to bridging the gap between centralized and decentralized trading, requiring full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, HR operations support, culture & engagement, policy development, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HR or Recruitment experience, ideally within the Crypto, Blockchain, or FinTech industries
- Proven experience managing recruitment or HR operations across multiple markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, or global remote hubs) is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of the decentralized exchange landscape and the unique talent needs of a decentralized organization
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment
- Professional fluency in English
