Web3 Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Web3 Business Development Manager to drive growth for a client with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments. The successful candidate will identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 space, develop business development strategies, and lead negotiations and deal structuring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and growth.
• Exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols, with a proven ability to stay ahead of cutting-edge developments.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in Web3, with the ability to anticipate shifts and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to stay informed on the latest Web3 innovations, tools, and platforms, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Well-established connections with native Web3 projects, protocols, and communities, with a track record of fostering meaningful partnerships.
