[NON LATAM] Disposition Specialist / Real Estate Closers for Property Buyers

HYPR Service is a staffing agency that helps virtual assistants get hired directly by clients. We are looking for a Disposition Specialist to work as a real estate closer for property buyers.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist of a US-based real estate investing company
• Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
• Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Real Estate CRMs and sales tools
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Benefits

• Full-time salary of $1280-$1600 USD/month
