Job Description
Backend Engineer position at a software company leveraging AI voice automation to transform customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Golang development experience
- Strong understanding of Linux, common commands, and familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and gRPC
- Proficient with middleware tools such as storage, caching, and message queues
- Strong business and technical architecture skills
- Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and coordination abilities
- Passionate about technology, willing to take on challenges, and able to summarize and solve problems effectively
- Experience developing intelligent conversational robot systems is a plus
- Hands-on Python development experience is preferred
