Job Description
Support the client's Philippines operations by drafting, reviewing, and managing merchant/vendor contracts, advising on local regulations, and supporting operations and logistics teams with rapid project legal needs.
Requirements
- Practicing Philippine-qualified lawyer
- 4-7 years' experience in operations or corporate commercial legal work
- High-volume work throughput, proactive and reliable
- Ability to communicate clearly to non-legal stakeholders
