Job Description
We are hiring a highly skilled Corporate Counsel with at least 5 years of legal experience in a corporate/business setting. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal and commercial agreements, leading labor and employee disputes, and maintaining full corporate legal compliance.
Requirements
- Licensed Philippine Attorney (Bar passer – mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as in-house counsel or corporate lawyer
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code, corporate compliance regulations, employment litigation and administrative proceedings, drafting commercial and employment contracts
- Familiarity with internal compliance programs and policy enforcement
- Experience working with HR and management teams on legal matters
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
