Manufacturing Engineering Manager III

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager III to lead a team and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a Berea, KY manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Manufacturing engineering leadership and team management
• Capital project planning, execution, and financial control
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Automation systems, equipment integration, and process optimization
• New product and process introduction support
• Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
