Job Description
The Manager, Bankruptcy role is responsible for overseeing all activities for the Bankruptcy floor and creating strategies to support achievement of Bankruptcy goals. The position involves leading individual/team coaching sessions, performance management, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years auto finance experience
- Experience leading high performing teams
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Business or Finance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong listening and interpretation skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Understanding of team dynamics and techniques to build strong teams
- Forecasting and data mining skills
- Working knowledge of call center technology and MS Excel
