Sr. Regional Auction Sales Manager

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Regional Auction Sales Manager to execute the asset disposal process for matured off-lease and repossessed vehicles. This role will manage daily physical auction vehicle preparation, execute sale-day strategy, and provide on-site and remote support for auction events.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in vehicle remarketing, auction operations, or asset management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field
• High level of understanding of the automobile industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle reconditioning, title processing, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional departments
• Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment
