The Assistant Manager - Business Analysis plays a key role in corporate planning and performance management for subsidiary operations and inland logistics businesses. This position is responsible for leading financial analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering management reporting to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Lead monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis comparing actual results against the Business Plan (BP), and provide insights on key drivers and risks
- Consolidate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across subsidiaries and deliver structured performance reports for executive and management review
- Prepare and present management reporting materials, including executive presentations and supporting analysis
