Job Description
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will support financial performance management of manufacturing subsidiaries, analyzing cost and financial data, and providing insights to support regional decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of managerial accounting or strong willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Interest in financial analysis, cost management, and data-driven decision-making
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-based, multicultural environment
