Requirements
- 5β10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent, Superintendent/Manager, or Project Manager role
- Proven experience leading hospitality, gaming, retail, or food & beverage projects
- Experience managing traveling or out-of-town construction teams
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Google Workspace
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, inspections, and safety regulations
- Safety-first mindset with strong documentation and follow-through
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working away from home for extended periods
