Procurement Specialist with Warehouse Control Experience

The Procurement Specialist supports purchasing, supply chain, and warehousing operations at our facility, coordinating orders with vendors, managing inventory, and completing recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has strong supplier and warehouse management skills.

Requirements

• Coordinate orders and purchases of raw materials with various suppliers
• Assist with warehouse control and organization tasks
• Manage periodic physical inventory of raw materials and perform reconciliation of the inventory in our database
• Monitor raw material usage and identify needs to meet production schedules
• Research and reconcile raw material inventory variances
• Assist with on-boarding new suppliers and materials
• Support cross-functional team members to meet deadlines
