Job Description
I2X Technologies is seeking an Agile Coach to support ongoing activities for a customer in Washington, DC. The Agile Coach will be responsible for establishing new Agile teams, providing interactive coaching to stakeholders and teams, and helping existing teams adopt and improve agile methods and practices.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), Platform Analytics, and Agile Development platforms
- Experience facilitating Big Room Planning/PI Planning events for Agile Release Trains
- Knowledge and experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies
- Experience developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for agile programs
- Ability to coach teams on iterative improvement practices and retrospective techniques
- Strong facilitation skills including coaching to Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
