Stage M&A et Strategy H/F

In the context of its strong growth in France and internationally, iad offers an internship to work directly with the M&A Manager, and the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Requirements

• Student in a master's program from a prestigious business school or engineering school
• Particular interest in finance and strategy, and in technology companies in strong growth
• Basic financial techniques (financial analysis, evaluation methods,...)
• Fluent English, knowledge of a third language an additional asset
• Rigor and ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in M&A consulting, Transaction Services, Investment Funds or Strategy Consulting internship a plus
