Provide support to customers and internal departments, enter and maintain customer information, and assist with system functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge)
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
