Job Description
The Warehousing Operations Manager will lead warehouse operations and manage external warehouse team to ensure operational excellence, accurate inventory availability, and compliance with GMP requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics Management
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse flows optimization, and logistics processes
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset with strong proposal and initiative capabilities
- Constructive and collaborative approach
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
