Head of Internal Audit

iBanFirst is a fast-growing European fintech that revolutionizes international payments for SMEs. We are opening a position for a Head of Internal Audit to strengthen our internal control environment and governance framework. The role will involve leading the internal audit function, providing independent assurance, and presenting findings to senior management and governance bodies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in internal or external audit, a background in financial services, and excellent written and presentation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal or external audit
• Background in financial services, banking, or a regulated fintech environment
• Demonstrated experience as the responsible for the internal audit function is a plus

• Compensation: €70,000 - €80,000 gross annual (fix + performance bonus)
