Senior Back Office Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Back Office Analyst to join our team in Brussels, Paris, or London. As a senior operator, you will handle complex payment and FX operations, ensure regulatory control framework, and contribute to process improvement. You will work closely with Finance, Compliance, Technology, Treasury, and banking partners across Europe. Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Back Office operations, payment operations, or financial operations in a fintech, bank, or payments company
• Solid understanding of payment schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, FPS...), FX settlement, and safeguarding regulations
• Fully autonomous - able to operate independently and take ownership of your scope
• Rigor and structure - meticulous in controls and documentation
• Data-driven - comfortable with SQL, Power BI, Metabase, or Grafana
• Problem-solving mindset - able to dig into breaks and incidents and resolve them
• Ethics and integrity - non-negotiable in a regulated financial environment
• Excellent communicator - able to work with internal stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
• Fluent in English (working language); French and/or Dutch is a plus
