Our kindergarten is looking for a state-recognized early childhood educator to care for and promote children from a few months old to school age. The educator will be responsible for planning and conducting pedagogical activities, observing and individualizing children, collaborating with parents and colleagues, and shaping the kindergarten day according to our pedagogical focal points.

Requirements

• Completed training as a state-recognized early childhood educator or comparable qualification
• Passion and commitment to working with children
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Openness to cultural diversity and intercultural competence
• Willingness to further and ongoing training
