Job Description
The Electrical Engineer Substation Lead is responsible for substation designs for major capital projects in Maine, New York, and Connecticut. The position involves input into standards and training needs, as well as performing standard and complex electrical engineering analyses, designs, and calculations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7 years minimum relevant experience
- Theoretical Engineering knowledge
- Practical engineering experience/application
- Engineering documentation
- Ability to review and approve engineering work done by others
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance Environment
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment
Benefits
- Base salary range $116,640 - $145,800
