Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a high-caliber CFO to lead the global financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence and long-term fiscal health. The role requires an executive with a deep understanding of the Prop Trading or Fintech landscape, capable of managing complex capital structures, multi-currency reporting, and high-stakes financial risk.

Requirements

• Minimum 12–15 years in senior financial leadership, with at least 5 years as a CFO or VP of Finance.
• Proven background in Proprietary Trading, Hedge Funds, or high-frequency Fintech firms.
• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CA).
• Expert knowledge of international tax laws, IFRS, and multi-currency consolidation.
• Native or professional-level English is mandatory.
